PROJECT OVERVIEW

Aflow Services was contracted to modernize the starting and control mechanisms of several 150HP submersible pumps. We replaced legacy DOL starters with energy-efficient Soft Starters and VFDs.

This transition not only eliminated water hammer issues in the pipeline but also allowed for precise flow control based on demand, leading to massive electricity savings.
